The FuBox way:

• Hit Ctrl twice
• Enter your search term
• Hit Enter or your CTRL+Key combo

Bam! Done! Your browser will open and go right to your custom search results!

The Old Way:

• Find and click on your browser's icon somewhere in your start menu or desktop
• Wait for your home page to load
• Enter the URL of the page that has what you're looking for
(maps.google.com, www.imdb.com, www.wikipedia.org, www.ebay.com)
• Wait for that page to load
• Find the link to the search page and click it
• Wait for that page to load
• Find the search box on that page (never in the same place)
• Enter your search term
• Click submit
• Wait for your results page

Expert Tip:

You don't always have to enter a search term. If you have Twitter.com configured for CTRL+T, then, anywhere in your computer, anytime, hit CTRL+CTRL, CTRL+T (without entering a search term), and you're sitting on Twitter.com. You'll always be 1 second away from being on Twitter!

Hit CTRL CTRL from anywhere and the FuBox Quick Search box will appear! This is the FuBox Quick Search Box. When you hit the CTRL CTRL hotkey from anywhere within Windows, The FuBox Search Box will appear. (You can configure a different hotkey if you like.) Then simply type your search term and hit enter. You'll be on the Google results page for the term you entered. OR After typing your search term, you can hit CTRL+A to search Amazon. Or CTRL+E for Ebay. Or CTRL+WhateverYouWant to search Whatever You Want! You can add ANY site that you want!

The FuBox dropdown menu shows you all the searches you have configured. You can click them right there to perform the search, or simply pop the menu open to remind yourself what searches you have configured. You can also launch the settings from here. menu to make changes.

As you type, FuBox gets suggestions from Google. It makes it that much easier to find what you're looking for. And to make sure everything is spelled correctly.

Add your custom searches here. You can also specify what url FuBox should send you to if you leave the search box blank. So you can simply launch the home page as well.
