A: From time to time Google makes changes to the login process for GMail. When this happens, we try and update MultiG as quickly as possible to make sure it remains working as expected. The first thing you should do is make sure you have the newest version of MultiG. It may also help to make sure you have the newest version of whatever browser you use. Next, go to the MultiG settings page and click the Update button to make sure you have the newest configuration URLs. (It may take us a few days to figure out what kind of change Google has made). If you are still having trouble, you can contact us via our

Note: This functionality depends on Google's current policy/configuration and is not guaranteed to work for more than 6 months. All attempts will be made to update MultiG to operate in this manner with GMail regardless of changes made by Google, but there is no guarantee that Google won't eventually block this functionality permanently. They can do so if they wish. If this does occur, and we are unable to update MultiG to repair this functionality within 2 weeks of Google's change, refunds will be given upon request to anyone who has purchased MultiG within the previous 6 months.

A: .NET is a new technology from Microsoft that enables software to run faster and more
efficiently. The ".NET Framework" is a component of the Microsoft Windows
operating system used to build and run Windows-based .Net applications. If you no not have version 2.0 of the Framework, our software will automatically update your system using files directly from Microsoft. You will
only need to install .NET once to take advantage of great new software written to use this

A: Our software is easy to uninstall. Choose "Control Panel" from the Start Menu. Double
click "Add/Remove Programs". Select the KungFuBox product you wish to uninstall and press
"Add/Remove...". Confirm you wish to remove the product from your computer.
Q: I'm having problems downloading files from the KungFuBox Web site. How can I get the file?
A: If you have tried downloading one of our programs a few times, and are still having problems, please check your
Internet connection to make sure your connection is working properly. If you are sure your
Internet connection is fine, it could be a problem with our server. Sometimes this occurs
when the Internet is at its busiest, but the situation will only be temporary. Please try
